COVID Procedures

at the Children's Ministry


  • Must wear mask or face shield.

  • Will clean hands upon arrival to the facility and frequently throughout the hour.


Parent Drop-Off

  • Masks or face shields are recommended for everyone.

  • The drop off location will be in the Children’s Ministry Lobby.

  • Each child will have a visual and temperature check.  Children who have a fever of 100.4 degrees or above or other signs of illness will not be admitted to children’s Ministry.

  • Once the child passes the visual and temperature check, the child will be signed in by a volunteer.

  • The child’s sticker will be printed out, their hands sanitized, and then escorted by a volunteer to the classroom.

  • Hand hygiene stations will be in each classroom.


Parent Pick-Up

  • Children will be taken to the dismissal area by leaders.

  • Parents should go to the dismissal area on the second floor and present the security tag for the child.

  • Parent and child/ren should exit down the staircase that leads to the Preschool Lobby. 

Cleaning and Disinfecting

  • Cleaning products used will be EPA approved.

  • Each classroom will be fogged and sanitized after each hour.

  • Cleaning products will not be used near children.

  • Toys will be cleaned and sanitized between groups of children using them.
