Trusting in Christ means you need to start growing spiritually. It includes changing the way you believe, think, speak and act towards others. Reading the Bible daily and asking for God’s wisdom will produce great joy and fruit in your life (Galatians 5:22-23); it will also be a big challenge some days. As Tim Keller has written, “The gospel (the good news that Jesus Christ came to save us) is not only the way we are saved but also is always the solution to every problem and the way to advance at every stage in the Christian life.” Trusting God’s Word will bring you the peace you have been searching for. (Phillipians 4:6-7).
