What does it mean to "Go the extra mile?" In Matthew 5:41, Jesus said, “Suppose someone forces you to go one mile. Go two miles with them." Going the extra mile is being kinder than you have to be. Its’ doing more than you were asked to do. Go the extra mile because, if you are a follower of Jesus, you want to point people to Him! People can see how much Jesus loves them through the kindness that you show.
