Do you find yourself tired and worn out? I came across this quote last week and it made me really think."Most people are afraid to rest. We're afraid to rest because we don't trust God and instead trust ourselves to hold the world together." Even Jesus had to get away and rest. Next time you have your calendar out remember to schedule some time for rest. You can trust God; He's got this!
