Bear Creek Church
PRINCIPLES FOR REGATHERING
For those of you who are ready to regather at the church, we welcome you back! We want you to know that as we regather, we are following the recommended CDC guidelines concerning best practices for reopening churches.
However, if you are not quite ready to regather, we encourage you to join us online. Please stay informed and continue to make the best decision for you and your family. Onsite or online...life is better TOGETHER!
Here are the guiding principles we follow as we regather for worship.
Select a Service
You have the option of 4 worship services (no age group programs at this time) and can choose to join us onsite in person or online live.
Chapel / 8:15 AM in the Court
We invite older adults (55+) or those with higher health risks to attend this service. This will be the only service meeting in the Court ensuring the safest environment for this group of adults in our faith family.
All persons who fall within the higher-risk groups as defined by the CDC are encouraged to remain home and worship online until it is safe to gather in person.
Modern / 9:30 AM in the Worship Center
Modern / 11:00 AM in the Worship Center
Spanish / 12:30 PM in the Worship Center
Worship Center Sanitation
We have rearranged our seating in the worship center to meet the 6 feet social distancing guidelines. All spaces and touched surfaces will be sanitized and wiped down between services.
Set a Sunday Schedule
Plan to arrive about 10 minutes before your chosen service so there is time to complete the sanitation procedures prior to entering the worship center.
Depending on the number in attendance, we may dismiss by sections in order to ensure safe social distancing.
You are welcome to visit with friends and church members following the service in gathering areas throughout the building or on the outside lawn.
Consider joining our new Adult Grow Group, which has begun meeting on campus each Sunday at 10:40 am (immediately after the 9:30 service). Attendance is by registration only and will require following all of the same regathering principles as our worship services. Learn more.
Practice Safe Social Distancing
A safe social distancing of 6 feet is to be observed. Touchless greeting (no hugs or handshakes) should be observed. Inside the worship center, you'll need to keep 3 empty seats of separation between each family group.
Hand sanitation stations are available at all entrances and exits throughout the building. Doors will remain open or be opened for you. No items or printed materials will be passed among those in attendance.
Giving will be online or with drop boxes. Thank you for your continued generosity. You are giving HOPE to others!
