About the Student Ministry
A place to belong.
TheCREEK student ministry is open to all 6th-12th grade students, regardless of where they are in their journey with Jesus. We know that being a teenager is challenging and being in middle or high school can be overwhelming at times. Our goal at theCREEK is very simple: to create environments where students BELONG to Jesus and BELONG to others. When this happens, students become passionate about helping their friends BELONG as well. We gather in various locations throughout Katy and Cypress, allowing teenagers the opportunity to participate in powerful worship, sit under relevant and Biblical teaching and connect with their peers so that every student BELONGS at theCREEK.

Student Ministry Events
We love hanging out with students on Sunday mornings and Wednesday nights, but there are also a ton of other ways to hang out with us during the semester. We offer multiple events that happen during the weekend, summer, etc. Each Creek event is intentional and aims to connect students with each other and with King Jesus. Check out what we’ve got going on this semester!

Vacation Bible School (VBS) - Preschool, Children, Students, Adult Ministries

9am - 12:30pm; Mon. - Fri.; VBS for kids Pre-K - 5th grade; VBX for 6th & 7th grade. Kids will play their way through VBS in fun locations but more importantly, they’ll see Jesus through the eyes of one of His closest friends & discover that trusting Jesus as Savior changes the game entirely!

Student Camp 2024 - Student Ministry

All completed 6th-12th graders (and their friends) are invited to join the CREEK for Summer Camp! Students will get to experience all of their favorite parts about summer camp, like recreation, worship, teaching from God's Word, small group discussion, theme nights, free time activities and more!
