First Things First, The Movement
To make Christ first in everything in us.
To make His agenda first in our church
15 "He is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of all creation. 16 For by Him all things were created, both in the heavens and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or rulers or authorities — all things have been created through Him and for Him. 17 He is before all things, and in Him all things hold together. 18 He is also head of the body, the church; and He is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead, so that He Himself will come to have first place in everything."

The Idea:
Christ is first.
In everything.
Above anything.
Before all.
I must give Him that position in me.
Christ is First
1. He Is First in Everything, Literally Everything

The declaration:
I will give You total supremacy in everything; anything Your Word, Your principles, anything You touch in me.
I will not stop You from asking for anything in me.
There’s no place in my life I’ll cling to and say,‘Jesus, not that. Don’t ask for that.’
An earthquake has occurred in me - everything has been toppled and knocked down for You, Jesus, to be FIRST and ONLY in EVERYTHING.
2. He Should Become First and Everything In You
“He is also head of the body, the church; and He is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead, so that He Himself will come to have first place in everything.”

19 “Do not store up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moth and rust destroy, and where thieves break in and steal.
20 But store up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust destroys, and where thieves do not break in or steal;
21 for where your treasure is, there your heart will be also. “
24 “No one can serve two masters; for either he will hate the one and love the other, or he will be devoted to one and despise the other. You cannot serve God and wealth.”

Is the gospel worth giving my first and best over this next season?
The Declaration:
