In order to move our life in the right direction, we each need to ask ourselves, "Do I have all I need no matter what earthly thing I might lose?" To really get to know Him, we must experience God's name. In this series, Pastor David is starting with a set of God's covenant names, where He reveals Himself to us and gives us promises He will never go back on. Genesis 22:14 (NASB) Abraham called the name of that place The LORD Will Provide, as it is said to this day, “In the mount of the LORD it will be provided.”
The Idea:
There is a journey toward experiencing God as Provider
It looks like this: test, trust, sacrifice, provision.

I.Test
Now it came about after these things, that God tested Abraham, and said to him, “Abraham!” And he said, “Here I am.” He said, “Take now your son, your only son, whom you love, Isaac, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I will tell you.”
II.Trust
Abraham said, “God will [a]provide for Himself the lamb for the burnt offering, my son.” So the two of them walked on together.
7 “Blessed is the man who trusts in the LORD And whose trust is the LORD. 8 “For he will be like a tree planted by the water ... And will not fear when the heat comes; But its leaves will be green, And it will not be anxious in a year of drought Nor cease to yield fruit."
